We make no warranty that we are an authorized amcrest service provider for Third Party Software or for any equipment; it is amcrest support customer your sole responsibility to determine if you require additional rights for us to provide such amcrest support and if so, to acquire such rights. Once www.amcrest-support.com accepts the Plan Order submitted by amcrest customers, then you will receive an email from www.amcrest-support.com  at the email address that you provide or have provided to www.amcrest-support.com  as part of the Registration Process for the Services. www.amcrest-support.com  is not responsible for rendering amcrest support Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted. Upon acceptance by www.amcrest-support.com  of a Plan Order, you will have an amcrest Service Plan.

UNDERTAKING: Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each amcrest Service Plan, www.amcrest-support.com  will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions under the Amcrest support Services. In most cases, www.amcrest-support.com  will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution over the telephone, through chat, email or other means as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances including remote access. Payment

Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Amcrest Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. www.amcrest-support.com  has no obligation to render Services under any amcrest Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made. Amcrest customers understand that certain amcrest Service Plans may have onetime fees including, but not limited to “Service Fee” and/or “Activation Fee”. This fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the amcrest Service Plan unless otherwise stated in the Plan Order.

When amcrest customers purchased the Amcrest Service, then agreed to specific price and plan, which may have included a term of one, two, or three years or other plans applicable at the given point of time (“Term Plan”).
